Enterprise AI Readiness & Roadmap

Enterprise AI Readiness Assessment & Roadmap

An AI readiness assessment gives an enterprise a prioritised, costed roadmap instead of a vendor deck. Over three to six weeks Kiwimesh audits data quality, workflows, tooling, and team readiness, maps candidate use cases across the business, scores them on ROI, feasibility, and risk, and delivers a written plan with build-or-buy calls and phased milestones.

“Everyone's pushing AI. We need to know where it actually pays off — before we commit.”

For enterprises staring at a board mandate to ‘do something with AI’ — and a thousand vendor decks that don't say where to start. We audit your data, workflows, tooling, and team readiness, then deliver a prioritized roadmap with ROI estimates for each use case. A written plan, not a slide deck.

How it works

What happens, in order.

  1. 01

    Readiness audit

Data sources, quality, access, and governance; current tooling; and the skills on the team. We find what is usable now and what needs work first.

  2. 02

    Use-case mapping

Workshops with business units to list candidate use cases, then a scoring model on value, feasibility, data availability, and risk.

  3. 03

    Build, buy, or wait

For each shortlisted use case: a recommendation with vendor and model options, cost estimates, and the compliance considerations.

  4. 04

    Roadmap and governance

A phased plan with the first two quarters detailed, an adoption and change-management approach, and the governance needed to run AI responsibly.

Questions

What people ask before they book a call.

Is this a sales pitch for your build services?

No. The roadmap is written to be executed by anyone, including internal teams and other vendors. Some of our recommendations are to buy a product or to wait. If we think we are the right team for a specific build, we say so separately.

Who needs to be involved from our side?

A sponsor at executive level, one contact per business unit for the workshops, and someone who can grant read access to data and systems. About six to ten hours of your people's time across the engagement.

How do you estimate ROI without building anything?

From the process data you already have: volumes, cycle times, error rates, and labour cost. We show ranges, state the assumptions, and flag which numbers a pilot would need to confirm.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee agreed before we start, sized by the number of business units and data systems in scope. It is a written deliverable, not a retainer.

Tell us where you are. We'll tell you what it takes.

A 30-minute call, then a written scope and price within three business days.
