Forward deployed engineers
Forward Deployed Engineers & Dedicated Teams
Forward deployed engineers are Kiwimesh engineers who work inside your team: your repositories, your tools, your sprint cadence, under your direction. They carry our delivery discipline into your codebase and stay until the work ships. You get senior people without the recruitment cycle, as individuals or as a pod, with at least four hours of daily overlap with US Pacific and EU Central time.
“We have great engineers. We just need more of them — fast.”
No recruitment cycles. No onboarding overhead. Experienced engineers who slot into your existing workflow, communicate like colleagues, and ship like they've been on your team for months.

How it works
What happens, in order.
01
Match
You tell us the stack, the work, and the team they will join. We propose named engineers with their real experience, and you interview them.
02
Onboard in a week
Access, environment setup, and a first small pull request in the first five days. We handle the administrative side; you handle the product context.
03
Work as one team
Your standups, your tracker, your code review. We add a monthly check-in from our side on how it is going for both parties.
04
Adjust as you go
Scale the pod up or down with a month's notice. Swap a profile if the work changes. No long lock-in.

Questions
What people ask before they book a call.
How senior are the engineers?
Three to eight years of production experience, and every engineer has shipped on at least one of our own projects before joining a client team. We do not place juniors learning on client work.
Can we interview and reject candidates?
Yes, and we expect you to. We propose two or three profiles per role, you interview, and nobody starts without your approval.
How does pricing work?
A fixed monthly fee per engineer, agreed up front after you have interviewed the profiles. Pods are priced as a single monthly figure. Three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. No timesheets to argue over and no overtime surprises.
What about security and IP?
Engineers work in your systems under your policies; nothing leaves your environment. Contracts assign all IP to you. Kiwimesh is ISO 27001 certified and signs your NDA and DPA.
