Connected systems
Systems Integration & Workflow Automation
Systems integration work connects the tools your business already runs on so data moves without people re-typing it. Kiwimesh designs and builds the APIs, sync jobs, webhook infrastructure, and automations between your CRM, ERP, data warehouse, and product platform, in projects of four to ten weeks each.
“Our tools don't talk to each other. Our team wastes hours on things that should be automatic.”
When your CRM, ERP, data warehouse, and product platform are all islands, we build the bridges. Custom integrations and automation that eliminate manual work and make your stack actually work together.
What this covers
- •API design and development
- •Third-party integrations (Stripe, Firebase, Twilio, and more)
- •ETL pipelines and data sync
- •Workflow automation
- •Real-time data sync between systems
- •Webhook infrastructure
Best for
Mid-market ops teams, businesses on multiple SaaS tools, companies with data silos
Typical engagement
4–10 weeks per integration project
How it works
What happens, in order.
01
Map the flows
Which system owns which data, where it is copied by hand today, and what breaks when it is wrong. The map is the scope.
02
Design the contracts
API and event contracts between systems, with idempotency, retries, and error handling decided before code is written.
03
Build and backfill
Integrations, ETL or streaming sync, and the historical backfill, with reconciliation reports so you can trust the numbers on both sides.
04
Operate
Monitoring, alerting, and a runbook for the failures that will happen, because third-party APIs change.

Questions
What people ask before they book a call.
Which systems have you integrated?
Stripe, Razorpay, Firebase, Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, ERPNext, monday.com, ONDC, GTFS transit feeds, and many bespoke APIs. If a system has an API or a database, we can connect it.
Should we use an iPaaS tool instead?
Sometimes yes. For simple, low-volume flows a tool like Zapier or Make is cheaper. We recommend custom integration when volume, reliability, data shape, or cost makes the tool the wrong fit, and we tell you which case you are in.
How do you handle data quality between systems?
Reconciliation is built in: every sync produces a report of what moved, what failed, and why. Backfills are verified against source totals before cutover.
How is it priced?
Fixed price per integration project, quoted from the data-flow map. Ongoing operation can be handled by your team with our runbooks or under a monthly support agreement.
