Zero to product
MVP Development for Founders: Zero to Product
Zero to product is a fixed-price engagement that takes a founder from an idea to shipped software in 12 to 20 weeks. Kiwimesh runs discovery, design, architecture, the full-stack build, QA, and launch as one team, with working demos every two weeks. You own the code, the infrastructure, and the IP from the first commit.
“I have an idea. I just need someone to actually build it.”
For founders and product leads who know what they want to build but don't have a technical team. We turn the vision into working, shippable software — from first wireframe to launch.
What this covers
- •Product discovery and scoping
- •UX and UI design
- •Architecture decisions and tech stack selection
- •Full-stack build (backend, web, mobile)
- •QA and acceptance testing
- •Launch support and first-user onboarding
Best for
Startups, first-time founders, non-technical CEOs
Typical engagement
12–20 weeks · Fixed-price · Milestone-based
How it works
What happens, in order.
01
Discovery and scoping
Two weeks to turn the idea into a written scope: user flows, data model, integrations, and what is deliberately out of version one. You get a fixed price at the end of it.
02
Design
Wireframes, then UI in Figma, reviewed with you before any code. Design and engineering sit in the same standup so nothing is designed that cannot be built on budget.
03
Build in two-week sprints
Working software demoed every second Friday on a staging environment you can use. Priorities can move between sprints; the total scope and price do not without a written change.
04
Launch and first users
Production deployment, monitoring, app store submission if mobile, and two weeks of launch support while the first real users show you what to fix.

Questions
What people ask before they book a call.
What does a build like this cost?
Fixed-price builds are quoted after discovery, because the price depends on scope. Discovery itself is a small fixed fee, credited against the build if you proceed. We tell you on the first call whether your budget and scope are in the same range.
Can we change scope mid-build?
Yes, through a written change: what is added, what comes out or what it costs, and the effect on the timeline. Reprioritising within the agreed scope between sprints is free and normal.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Repositories are created under your organisation, infrastructure is in your cloud account, and every credential is yours. We keep no rights to your product.
What stack do you use?
By default TypeScript end to end: NestJS APIs, Next.js web, React Native mobile, PostgreSQL, on AWS. We choose differently when the problem calls for it, for example Python for data-heavy or ML products, and we explain the choice in the architecture note.
What happens after launch?
Two weeks of launch support are included. After that you can take the product in-house with the documentation we hand over, keep us on a monthly support agreement, or continue with a fixed-price version two.
